At Upside Down Kingdom, every item is printed and produced only after you place your order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. We encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us at [your support email] within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
We'll review your claim and arrange a free reprint or a refund — whichever you prefer. There's no need to mail the item back to us.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is lost in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it. Orders returned due to an invalid address provided at checkout may be eligible for a partial refund of the product price.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
